10 material / plant records need a check
All demo demand, stock, cost and planning inputs are complete. These warnings flag overdue deliveries that still need buyer follow-up.

| Plants | 2 | Calculated independently by plant and storage location | Synthetic seed 41827 |
| Suppliers | 5 | Fictional suppliers; no connections | Synthetic seed 41827 |
| Inventory snapshots | 200 | One current snapshot per material/plant/storage location | 2026-10-01 |
| Monthly demand | 2400 | 2025-10-01–2026-09-30; 12 complete months per material/plant | Synthetic seed 41827 |
| Open purchase-order lines | 150 | Confirmed dates on every line; overdue deliveries flagged | 2026-10-01 |
| Approved planning inputs | 200 | Fixed safety stock, MOQ and pack multiples | Synthetic seed 41827 |
| Supplier delivery history | 1600 | Eight completed, dated deliveries per material/plant | Synthetic seed 41827 |
Quantities use each material’s base unit. All values use USD standard acquisition cost. The time basis is UTC calendar days. No plant offsets another plant’s shortage.
usable = on-hand − unavailable stock
eligible position = usable − backorders + eligible receiptsReceipts qualify only with confirmed dates after the as-of date and within lead + review days. Overdue, due-today, undated, unreliable and later receipts remain visible for review, never silently counted as available today.
Demand covers local withdrawals for production, accessories, transfers, kitting, service, maintenance and direct fulfillment. Purpose quantities partition the total; they are not added again. Outbound transfers are local replenishment requirements, not company-wide consumption. Kit components are counted at issue, not again when the kit ships.
Daily demand divides observed units by actual days in the 12 complete months before the as-of month. All 12 months must be complete. Coverage divides net usable stock by positive daily demand; observed zero demand has no finite coverage. Insufficient history is not zero.
reorder point = daily demand × lead days + safety stock
target = daily demand × (lead + review days) + safety stockOrder only when eligible position is at or below the reorder point. Round positive target shortfall up to both MOQ and pack size. The example with daily demand 10, lead 5, review 7, safety stock 20, and position 50 produces reorder point 70, target 140 and unconstrained order 90. MOQ 100 and packs of 12 produce 108 units.
Value includes unavailable physical stock at standard acquisition cost. Missing costs are excluded and counted. Excess is net usable stock above target; it is a review candidate, not measured savings. A 60-day projection consumes constant daily demand and adds confirmed future receipts on their dates. It can show a timing shortage even when no order triggers.
No historical inventory-value trend exists. No service probability, guaranteed stockout prevention, measured shipment performance, BOM requirements, forecasts, customer-order netting, or AI optimization is claimed. In this ERP-disconnected demo, accepting an action records a local decision; completed outcomes are unverified. ERP-connected deployments can execute authorized transactions through configured approval workflows.
On a material, generate an AI recommendation to compare eligible next actions using calculated inventory and supplier evidence. Quantities and dates stay tied to the calculations. The AI lists missing confirmations. This sample demo sends no ERP transaction; connected deployments can apply approved orders, transfers and policy updates.
Phase B documents a private pilot with validated imports, verified organization membership, database isolation and private storage. Phase C documents production AI governance and a real connector selected with a pilot customer. Those production capabilities are not implemented in this local demonstration.
